Corazones de alcachofa salteados con foie

Ingredientes:

    • Un bote de corazones de alcachofa en conserva
    • Foie
    • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
    • Pimienta molida
    • Escamas de sal

Preparación

      • Saltear con cuidado las alcachofas hasta dorarlas
      • Salpimentar
      • Rallar el foie por encima
      • Servir el plato templado
