Artichoke from Spain drives ‘A Healthier Europe’

The goal is for Europeans to consume 400 grams per person per day of fruits and vegetables.

Together with +Broccoli and AOPn Fraises Framboises de France, we will promote different actions over the next three years.

The focus will be on Spain, France, and Germany.

A new Europe is sprouting in the fields of Spain and France. A Europe that focuses on fresh, local, and quality fruits and vegetables. And that, obviously, can only become healthier every day. An irresistible social movement that aims to extract all the beneficial effects of products such as broccoli, artichokes, and European strawberries. ‘A Healthier Europe’ is born, a project co-financed by the European Union in which Artichoke from Spain together with +Broccoli and AOPn Fraises Framboises de France join forces to launch this promotional program that over the next three years will bring the countless virtues of fresh fruits and vegetables closer to consumers in Spain, France, and Germany.

We all like to take care of ourselves. But we also like to come home and eat something quick, especially when the gym has left us exhausted. Like some canned artichokes, ready in a flash and absolutely delicious.

And on top of that, you have more recipes to choose from than movies and series on your streaming platform.

And not to be pushy, but we think that if you’ve made it this far, you should already be preparing yourself some good artichokes.
From Spain, of course.

Ah, that thing we love so much about barbecues. That thing we love about one person cooking while everyone else gives their opinion. That thing we love about dropping by from time to time to check if the artichokes are ready yet, so you don’t miss out. That thing we love about taking any opportunity to celebrate that we’re still together, that we’re still doing great, and above all, that we still have our health.

Because at Artichoke from Spain, we’re big fans of Spanish sayings. Especially the one that goes “there are three things in life: health, health, and health.”

And may it last.

If artichokes could talk, they would recommend that you eat them.

And they would tell you that they are very good for the heart, that they lower blood pressure, that they are as healthy as can be, that they have more properties than Angela Channing (alert: if you understood this joke, you need to take much better care of yourself), that they improve circulation, that they are perfect for a healthy diet, and that they fit into more dishes than you can imagine.

We thought it would be better for them to tell you rather than us. And they’ve gotten their leaves to work, because doing more than saying is also very much our style.
