Chips de alcachofa

Ingredientes (para cuatro personas):

    • 4 alcachofas
    • Harina de garbanzos
    • Sal
    • Aceite

Preparación

    • Cortar las alcachofas muy finas.
    • Lavarlas bien y rebozarlas en la harina de garbanzos.
    • Con el aceite muy caliente, freír hasta que se doren.
